Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking ahead is best. Most days are by appointment, especially for colour, perm, and treatments where we plan the chair time around your service.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are taken when there is space, usually for cuts and wash-blow. Message us on WhatsApp before heading over so we can confirm availability that day.
Why are some prices marked ++?
Length, density, and condition change the time and product needed. The ++ means the final quote can sit above the starting price. You will hear the exact figure before any work starts.
Can I get a colour consultation before committing?
Of course. Send a few reference photos on WhatsApp or come in for a short in-person consult. We will talk through tone, maintenance, and what is realistic for your hair history.
What are your opening hours?
Monday and Wednesday to Friday, 11:00 to 19:30. Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 19:00. Closed on Tuesdays.
